Privacy Policy
Who we are
The Elizabeth Yaa Mansa Foundation ("EYMF", "we", "us") supports Ghanaian university students through scholarships, mentorship and career development. You can contact us at elizabethyaamansafoundation@gmail.com.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to give us: your name, email address and message when you contact us; application details (such as academic records, references and personal statements) when you apply for the ADOM Scholarship; and donation details processed by our payment provider.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, assess and administer scholarship applications, manage mentorship and career programs, process and acknowledge donations, and share updates you have asked to receive.
Third-party services
Scholarship applications are collected through Google Forms and online donations are processed by PayPal. These providers handle your information under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). Email us to make a request.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
